Order MinimumsOur minimum order for custom garments is just 10 pieces per design. Pricing is significantly impacted by quantity. The price breaks occur at 20/50/100/250/500/1000.

Turnaround TimesOur standard turnaround time is 14 days. We do have rush service available under certain conditions and at an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.

Art RequirementsIf you already have art, please take a moment to double check the Art Requirements page. There are no setup or digital fees for artwork submitted that meets the requirements. However, if you need art created for your project, we can definitely help. The below pricing is a guideline and subject to change. Basic Text Design/Layout - $20 Raster Logo Vectorization (Simple) - $30 Raster Logo Vectorization (Complex) - $50 Logo Creation or Re-Creation - $70+

Quote/Order ProcessOur goal is to make the ordering process as easy as possible. Just fill-out our online quote request form or give us a call. Please be as detailed as possible with your quantities, and number of colors used in your designs as these affect pricing. We will review your information and get back to you usually within 1-2 business days to review your quote with you. (If your have a rush order, or your quote has special details not listed on our form, we encourage you to call us.) After pricing is approved, the next step is having our Art Dept. make your proofs. Once you approve the mock-ups (or proofs), we will send an invoice and collect full payment on your order total. Upon receipt your order moves into the queue for printing.

Payment/TermsWe accept checks and debit/credit cards. We offer net terms to approved accounts. We require payment in full (of your finalized quote) when you place your order.

Customer Provided GoodsWe are happy to provide printing services on customer supplied goods. It should be noted that you may be required to provide additional items to ensure we meet your total quantity needed. We do not replace or refund supplied goods damaged or misprinted on due to any reason. Pricing and further information is available upon request.

ProofingWe go the extra mile in making sure that we don’t start printing until we are sure that we are all on the same page. Once we receive your art and product description, we start making a digital mock-up (or proof) of your design. Once you have approved the design or made any notes for us to change, we are ready to start printing. In some cases we can/will print a physical sample for your approval before we start printing your actual merchandise.

Product AvailabilitySometimes blank goods and specialty products/materials can become out-of-stock during the quote process. This is most likely to happen during peak seasons such as Back To School and when weather or other events occur that impact supply chain. We will make every reasonable attempt to let you know if a product is no longer available and offer a comparable substitution, although additional charges may apply.

Embroidery & PatchesWhile we do not offer embroidery in-house, we are able to provide embroidered items via a 3rd party partnership. We do however offer emblems and patch options in-house for hats and other garments. Below are the options we offer. Printing Over Zippers & SeamsWe are limited in our ability to print over zippers and seams on garments. Please contact us for more information.

Oversize PrintingFor garment printing we currently offer a maximum image size of 11.7″ wide and 16.5″ tall.

Maximum Number of ColorsDue to our DTF (Direct to Film) digital printing process, there is no limit to the number of colors we can print.
